Los Angeles City Employees Chicano Association (LACECA)
Los Angeles City Employees Chicano Association (LACECA) is a group of City employees from both the City of Los Angeles and the Department of Water and Power who volunteer their time to not only run this organization, but to also raise funds for the scholarship program and also events such as training and social related.
We are a 503(c)(3) Non-Profit Public Charity, I.D # 23-7366327, and all donations made to LACECA, are tax-deductible contributions.
LACECA is run by an executive board, you can see the board member’s profiles here. We are a small group and have several committees and groups that are in need of member volunteers. They are as follows:

- Holiday Reception and Toy Drive (early Dec.)
- Latino Heritage Month/“Chanclazo” (Sept-Oct)
- LACECA Family Picnic (late summer)
